Mr. Leonard Castellano Mr. Leonard Castellano was part of a leadership team that created Parker Hannifin's R & D Filtration Innovation Center from the ground up as part of the acquisition of CLARCOR. He led teams on construction, equipment procurement, and systems and policies and eventually created new developments, processes, and services for the LOBs, including applying for and obtaining VPP status through OSHA. Len has over 40 years of experience in the filtration industry and is an expert in Membranes, Fibers, New Product Development, and Surface Modification.
