During this presentation, Ryan will highlight how filtration technologies are improving the world around us, leading to a better tomorrow.
Ryan Pastrana is the Vice President of Techno logy & Innovation for the Filtration Group of Parker Hannifin (“Parker” ). He is responsible for aligning the Group’s technology initiatives with the Parker Win Strategy™ by developing technical talent, leveraging advance d manufacturing technology for customer success, and creating new products & services for a broad range of filtration applications. Ryan also lea ds the Parker Filtration Innovation Center in Columbia, Tennessee, a dedica ted R&D facility that invents engineering breakthroughs for the Filtrat ion industry.
Ryan joined Parker in 2017 as part of the acquisi
tion of CLARCOR, a leading company in the filtration industry, where he was
the Vice President of Innovation. Prior to that role, he spent 16 years wi
th GE in varying roles of increasing responsibility. Throughout his career
, he has led global engineering teams across the entire product life cycle,
including R&D, new product introduction, aftermarket services, digital
transformation, and technical sales support.
Ryan grew up in Orlando Florida and studied at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. He received both his Bachelor's and Mas ter's degrees in Mechanical Engineering. Ryan is also a licensed Professio nal Engineer in the State of Georgia and currently holds 3 patents.
